Here at Northampton Leisure Trust we currently manage six leisure facilities across Northampton • Berzerk Children’s Activity Centre • Cripps Recreation Centre • Danes Camp Leisure Centre • Duston Sports Centre • Lings Forum Leisure Centre & the Forum Cinema • Mounts Baths. We have a Health & Wellbeing Team who deliver activities in the local communities and within our facilities. We also own a stand-alone gym in Peterborough - Trilogy Peteborough. Our staff are leaders in their field. Positive, motivated people with more energy than a room full of Les Mill’s instructors! Swimming Instructor 

 
Are you passionate about swimming? – Northampton Leisure Trust are looking to recruit to our team to support the continued growth of Trilogy Swim School across 4 sites. 
 
To be successful you will coach, inspire and engage with a range of children to achieve their swimming goals in a group setting. You should be flexible, be an approachable positive role model with a fun engaging approach and have a talent for coaching that meets individual children’s needs. 
 
About the role… 
• Responsible for delivering creative and innovative classes in line with Trilogy Swim School scheme of works which follows the Swim England national plan for Teaching Swimming. 
• Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our members within the pool & surrounding areas. 
• Deliver great customer service by providing personal attention and care to all members. 
• Accurately complete records for the function to track attendance and improvements in swimming making sure individual, team and Swim School targets are being consistently met. 
 
You must have… 
• Swim England/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Swimming or STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching Additional qualifications in Pre-School, Babies and Adults would be advantageous. 
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment, able to respond appropriately & professionally to everyone you interact with in all manners. 
• An understanding of the Child Safeguarding Process 
 
Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; typically, lessons take place after school or in the mornings for preschool, evenings, weekends, and 1-2-1 lessons.

COOK - Full and Part Time Positions Available 

 
We are currently recruiting highly motivated, skilled and professional cooks to join our expanding team, at Berzerk Children’s Soft Play Centre in Northampton. You will be responsible for the daily preparation and delivery of food and drinks, ensuring excellent standards of quality, hygiene and service delivery are meet. 
 
Berzerk Children’s Soft Play Centre is Northampton prominent Soft Play Centre, where we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. 
 
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a commercial setting and will need to be able to work under pressure, either alone or as part of a wider team, in a busy kitchen environment, preparing food, serving customers whilst keeping the environment safe and clean. Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification would be advantageous. 
 
You will be expected to work during the day, evenings and weekends, including Bank Holidays. 
You will report to the Soft Play Supervisor, supporting them in all daily operations.
