Do I need to book?
So that we can implement all the measures that make us COVID Secure we have had to limit numbers. We have therefore implemented a booking system. You can either book online here or call our customer service team on 01604 838333. It is essential that you book prior to attending our centres for a 50plus Activity Day.
How do I sign up to the classes available to me on the day?
Our 50plus coordinator will be on hand as you arrive to register you to your chosen activity. There is no ability to pre-book classes before you arrive. Please also note that to make sure we have fair usage of classes and activties customers will not be able to double book onto the same activity.
What if I cannot book onto a class due to it being full?
Unfortunately we are not always able to accommodate everyone on all of the classes available during the morning. However, depending on the site you visit, attending the 50plus day allows you to use the gym, play badminton, squash and table tennis, as well as enjoy a tea or coffee in our *CoffeeBox. (*Duston Sports Centre only). Our coordinator and helpful volunteer ‘buddies’ are on hand throughout the morning to welcome you, answer questions and assist with fair usage of activities.
How are you making sure customers are safe when visiting Trilogy Centres?
All of our settings are ‘COVID-19 Response Approved’ by UK active meaning that we have implemented a variety of measures to ensure that as we welcome you back you feel safe in visiting our centres. These measures include social distancing, one way systems, protective screens, spacing of equipment, regularly cleaning equipment and high contact touch points and clearly marked hand sanitizing stations. Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat?
Yes unfortunately we are unable to provide Yoga mats at this time. Please bring your own mat with you.
Can I borrow a table tennis bat/ badminton racket/ squash racket?
Yes. It is preferable if you bring your own, however, we will be operating a self-serve and sanitize station if you do not have your own.
Do I have to wear a mask?
It is currently not a requirement to wear a mask in leisure centres, however, at Duston Sports Centre you are required to wear a mask if you enter our CoffeeBox. This is due to this particular area falling under hospitality guidance.
Are showers and lockers available?
Yes. As of the 25th September we are reopening our showers and lockers with additional cleaning procedures in place. Please only bring with you the very essentials that you need.
Are free self-serve tea and coffee refreshments available?
No. Unfortunately we are unable to offer our customers these facilities at the moment due to government guidance, however, refreshments are available via a table service at the Coffeebox at Duston Sports Centre or via a take away service from the CoffeeBox at Lings Forum. Refreshments will be available at a discounted price to our 50+ participants. The CoffeeBox at DustonSports Centre we have socially distanced tables for up to 4 people to sit.
I used to visit Danes Camp for my 50plus Activity Day when is this returning?
Bringing back 50plus Activity Days at Duston Sports Centre & Lings Forum is part of our phased return plan. It is our intention to reinstate all 50plus sessions back to the timetable. Remember that with a Super Gold or 55plus Membership you still have access to all FIVE Trilogy gyms, FOUR swimming pools, fitness classes, cinema and off peak racket sports.
