WELCOMING YOU BACK TO TRILOGY GYMNASTICS IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

We're excitied to be able to welcome you back to the Trilogy Gymnastics Adacemy at Danes Camp, Lings Forum and Duston Sports Centre. Sessions will return for week commencing 7th September 2020.
As we welcome you back to the Gymnastics Academy, we want you to enjoy recreational gymnastics in a safe environment. To keep our students, parents and colleagues safe there are a few changes we're put in place that refer to British Gymnastics guidance. Our sites are all, UK Active Covid-19 Response Approved (UK largest Leisure membership organisation in the country).

Returning To Trilogy Gymnastics Academy

Gymnasts, please arrive for your gymnastics lesson with your gymnastics kit underneath your clothes
Sessions are currently 45 minutes to allow participants to enter and exit the building safely as well as allowing time to clean between groups
The 15 minute gap between sessions has been introduced to enable equipment to be cleaned and support social distancing between transitioning groups
Changing rooms will not be available however toilets will be open
Parents are not permitted to wait inside the building whilst sessions are taking place. Coaches will sign gymnasts out after sessions and viewing areas currently remain closed.
Don’t forget to enter your vehicle registration details at reception if you are attending a lesson at Lings Forum
Only one accompanying adult is permitted per child
Gymnasts will be required to use hand sanitiser as they enter and exit the main hall space.
Sanitiser will be available and used throughout the session
Each child’s belongings will be placed spaced out along the sports hall wall whilst taking part in their lesson. Please keep belongings to a minimum.
To maintain social distancing students will be allocated their own pre sanitised gymnastics mat to use during the lesson
All hand held equipment to be wiped down before and after each session and only used one per gymnast. For example the use of Hoops would be one per child.
Each centre has specific drop off and collection processes in place.
