Trilogy Holiday Playscheme
Our Trilogy Holiday Playscheme will be delivered at Lings Forum Leisure Centre and Duston Sports Centre this May Half Term. Booking is available NOW! Our playschemes are available 28-31 May 2024 and can be booked as individual days or weekly. Full prices and dates can be found below.
The Trilogy Holiday Playscheme is our fully supervised OFSTED registered holiday playscheme. The aim of the playscheme is to provide the best quality care, play & sport opportunities for your child aged 5 - 13 years. We are open during every school holiday, including Christmas, between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
*(Please note: Children aged 5 years old must have started Year 1 at school)
Once you have made a booking through our contact centre on 03330 439 900 it is important that we have your most up to date details. Therefore we will be asking you to complete an admission and medical form if applicable when you arrive. In order to speed things up the forms are also available here to download prior to your visit.

Important Booking Information
All you need to know about how to make your booking
To make a booking simply call our contact centre team on 03330 439 900.. Over Easter we are taking bookings for Duston Sports Centre, and Lings Forum Leisure Centre.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and we can't reserve places.
It is parents and carers responsibility to ensure that all details on children's admission forms are kept up to date.
If you wish to discuss any of your child's medical conditions, prior to attending our playscheme please call our contact centre and request to speak with the Health and Well being Development Team.
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your child’s place on the Trilogy Holiday Playscheme, you will receive a refund only if your cancellation request is on the day of booking (refunded using your original payment method). All other requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered on an individual basis. Full fees are payable in the cases of non-attendance for example, absence due to sickness.
Late Collection Fees: All children must be collected by 5.30pm. A late fee of £5 per child for every 15 additional minutes will be imposed if you are late collecting your child outside of the hours booked, payable immediately. It is imperative that you are on time to collect your child. Our Uncollected Child Policy will be actioned immediately for any children still in our care after 5.30pm.

All Trilogy Holiday Playscheme staff are subject to a full enhanced DBS check and undertake regular training throughout the year including, first aid, safeguarding awareness including 'prevent' and service delivery.

What Your Child Needs To Bring
Don't forget all those essentials
A daily packed lunch
Mid morning and afternoon healthy snack (fruit, yogurt or cheese only please)
Refillable water bottle
Clothing suitable for messy play, outside play and spare clothing to change into if necessary
Swimming kit for children aged 8 years plus on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays at Lings Forum only.
Sun cream and hats in the summer months
Coats, hats and suitable outdoor footwear in the winter months
Mobile phones and internet enabled devises are not permitted at any Trilogy Holiday Playscheme. Staff cannot take any responsibility for personal belongings brought into the schemes from home.
Payment Options
Childcare Vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare, Corporate Offer
We accept most major childcare voucher companies across the schemes. Paying for childcare using childcare vouchers saves many parents £1,000s a year. These vouchers available via a special Government scheme and operated through employers allow you to pay for childcare from your pre-tax salary.
We now also accept payments through the government's new tax free childcare scheme.
If we are not currently registered with your childcare voucher company please speak with a member of the booking team at your time of booking and we will organise this for you. Please can we remind all parents who are currently using childcare vouchers to pay for their childcare, that they include their child’s name and the Trilogy Holiday Playscheme site (lings Forum, Danes Camp, Duston or Cripps) as their reference.
When setting up your payment with your childcare voucher provider you will need to provide our Ofsted registration number for the relevant Trilogy Holiday Playscheme location your child is attending. These are:
