TRILOGY CLASS BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS 

Our guidelines provide you with everything you need to know when booking or cancelling our studio fitness classes. 

Booking Classes 

Our studio timetable is available here and the cost of each class will be shown clearly when you book online. 
 
The price you pay for your class is dependent on the membership type you have purchased. Our monthly direct debit memberships include our studio classes at no additional cost. Click here to take advantage of one of our great value for money monthly memberships. Leisure Card holders and non-members must pay for each class at the time of booking. 
 
Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance here, by calling our contact centre on 01604 838333, or in person at one of our centres. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly. 

Changing Or Cancelling Your Booking 

If you are a monthly direct debit member and need to make a change you can manage your booking online if the intial booking was made online.  
 
Alternatively you can make changes to your booking by calling our contact centre, or in person at one of our centres. 
 
Leisure Card holders and non members will need to make any changes via our contact centre or in person at one of our centres.

Direct debit members will not incur a change when cancelling but we ask that you provide 24 hours notice to enable us to sell the space to another customer

Booking can be moved up to 8 days in advance 
A refund will be offered if requested as long as the required noticed has been given 
No refunds will be issued for cancellations 

Attending Your Class Booking 

Please attend your class 5 minues prior to start. You will need to be appropriately dressed, with a water bottle and small towel. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any health related issues that may affect your ability to perform the class safely. 

Lateness Policy 

We operate a policy which prevents you taking part in a class if you are more than 5 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class. We ask you to be present 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. No reimbursement will be made if you miss the class start. 

If We Cancel Your Booking 

In the event that we cancel or substitute a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by email or telephone where you have provided your details to make you aware. At the time of cancellation we will offer you the following choices: 
Booking onto the alternative class at the same time 
Being transferred to a class at an alternative date and time 
A refund if you made payment via the pay-as-you-go option 

Booking Confirmation 

If you book online your booking is not complete until you have received your booking confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by phone, email, or in person at one of our centres. 
 
If you book your class through our contact centre, or in one of our centres you will not receive confirmation of that booking but the staff member will confirm that you have secured a place in the class.  

Substitute Instructors 

We reserve the right to make scheduled changes when necessary. This can include last minute changes to instructors or class disciplines due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you via phone or email where you have provided your details and you reserve the right to cancel your reservation. 
 
All classes are offered by us subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time. The live timetable on our website here will be the most current timetable. We reserve the right to withdraw classes from the timetable at any point. 
 
We will always do our best to find an alternative instructor or offer an alternative class discipline. 
 
Classes are only cancelled as a last resort. 
 
No refund will be offered for the change or removal of any part of an existing service or to those on a monthly direct debit membership as a wide range of other activities are available.
