WELCOMING YOU BACK TO TRILOGY SWIMMING POOLS
We’re really excited to be able to welcome you back to all of our swimming pools at Cripps Recreation Centre (members only), Danes Camp, Lings Forum and Mounts Baths from 2 December.
To keep our customers and colleagues safe all swim sessions must be booked in advance. We’ll let you know a date for our health suites re-opening as soon as we have them confirmed. You can find information on the return of Trilogy Swim School here.



STAYING FIT TOGETHER IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Revised Opening Times and Programmes
We’re re-opening our swimming pools in a measured way in line with the latest Government and Swim England guidelines. This means initially our opening times will be shorter.
Please arrive for your swim session wearing your swimming costume underneath your clothes. Reduced swimming changing facilities and showers will be available for you after your swim
Swim lockers are available but we ask you only bring essential items, bags will not be allowed on poolside. Please remember a £1 coin for Danes Camp and Mounts Baths, all our centres are cashless for the time being so we will not be able to provide you with one.
Swim sessions are available at Cripps Recreation Centre (members only), Danes Camp Leisure Centre, Lings Forum Leisure Centre and Mounts Baths and can be booked online from 10am on 2 December.

Keeping Our Pools Safe For Everyone
We have introduced social distancing measures across our centres. Our cleaning and sanitising practices have also been increased. New procedures have been put in place and we are asking you to follow the guidance given.
Protective screens and visible signage have been installed to help you enjoy your visit with us in the safest possible way.
We have space markings on our centre floors to help facilitate social distancing
We have clearly marked additional hand sanitising stations throughout our centres
We will not be allowing spectators to accompany anyone attending our general swim sessions
You must wear the overshoes provided in our swimming changing areas to prevent contamination
Our customers and colleagues health, safety and welfare is our upmost priority.

Protecting Yourself and Others
If you are displaying any symptoms or considered to be in a ‘vulnerable’ group please stay at home and stay safe.
Wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitisers provided when entering our buildings and at regular intervals throughout your visit.
Be respectful of social distancing. Follow our clear floor markings and keep 2 metres apart from other people.
Do not come in large groups to swim, please limit your numbers
We want you to enjoy your visit and help you to protect yourself and others.

Booking Swim Sessions
All swim sessions will need to be booked online in advance
If you have not used our online booking system before you will need to register either as a member or non-member
Members, Leisure Card Holders and Non Members can book swim sessions 8 days in advance.
Non members will need to book and pay for each swimmer in their party individually
Under 14’s are welcome to attend our general swims at Danes Camp and family swim sessions, please remember under 8s will only be permitted with an adult and please note we operate a strict policy of two children under 8 per accompanying adult.

A Few Things To Be Aware Of
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booked swim session and leave the centre promptly at the end of the session.
Limited changing facilities, showers and lockers are available for swimmers.
Shaving is not permitted in any area
Hairdryers and hair straighteners are not currently available.
If you require additional support or use of our accessible facilities such pool hoists, please contact us on 01604 838333 once you have made your booking. We want to ensure you have the best experience with us and this will enable us to manage the cleaning of these facilities more effectively between users.
We want everyone to enjoy their swim, please follow the guidance from our colleagues during your visit.

About Our Swimming Pools
We operate four swimming pools across Northampton. Danes Camp, Lings Forum and Mounts Baths are open to our members and the public and Cripps Recreation Centre is a member’s only pool.
Please note we operate a strict policy for children under the age of 8. A ratio of two children under 8 years old must be supervised by one adult (16+) at all times.

OUR POOLSIDE LOCKERS
At Danes Camp and Mounts Baths we have coin operated lockers requiring a refundable £1 coin.
At Cripps and Lings Forum we operate a padlock system, feel free to bring your own or they can be purchased from a member of staff for £5.
Please note all of our centres are cashless. We are unable to to provide coins for lockers and can only accept card payments.
THE LITTLE THINGS
You are welcome to bring your towel and wear (clean!) flip flops on poolside
We sell a wide range of Zoggs swimming costumes, goggles, swimming aids and swim nappies. So no need to panic if you've left something at home!
