Northampton Health Walks
The Northampton Health Walks will return from W/C 12th April. Details of the walks that will restart are below.
Health walks are Free, fun, leisurely walks designed for people that currently do little or no exercise. No specialist equipment is required and anyone can turn up on the day. Although there is no special equipment required, it is advisable for participants to wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. Please note that as an organised activity, recognised by a governing body and delivered by trained Health Walk Leaders, Walks are exempt from the rule of 6. Social distancing does still apply and we recommend that you carry a face covering as a precaution in case you need to access any local indoor facilities or services.
