How old do you have to be to use the Trilogy Active app? 
The recommended age for using the app is 17+ 
 
What platforms does the Trilogy Active app work on? 
The app works on both Apple IOS and Android operating software 
 
I’m having trouble installing the Trilogy Active app on my device? 
The Trilogy Active app will only work on the latest 3 versions of IOS and Android operating software. Try updating your operating software and installing the Trilogy Active app again. 
 
Some features on the Trilogy Active app are not working for me? 
Check your device is connected to the internet via 4G/5G or WiFi 
Check you are running the latest version of IOS or Android operating software 
Check you have the latest version of the Trilogy Active app downloaded to your device 
If you are still having problems, please log your issue in the support section of the app by tapping on your profile and a member of the eGYM team will come back to you 
 
I can’t register for an eGYM account on the Trilogy Active app. It says my email address is already in use or not valid? 
Email addresses cannot be shared to create eGYM accounts on the Trilogy Active app. If you share an email address with a family member only one of you can use this email address to create their account. The other person must create a new email address. 
 
Please ensure you use a valid email address when registering otherwise you will not be able to reset your password should you forget it and we will not be able to recover your account. 
My workouts are being logged twice in the Trilogy Active app, why is this? 
We recommend you only connect one fitness tracker in the connected apps section of your profile. If you have enabled more than one connected app in your profile, then it will record your workout twice. If you are an Apple user, we recommend connecting your apps to Apple Health and only connecting Apple Health to your Trilogy Active app profile to avoid this. 
 
I need some help getting set up on the app. 
You can book a 30-minute slot with a member of our gym teams by going to online bookings. Our gym teams can cover: 
App overview - A short overview of how to set the app up and its features 
Bio Age – Understand how to work your bio age out 
Training Plans – Discuss your goals and agree a training plan with an instructor 
Gym Challenges – Learn how to be accountable with our gym challenges 
Bookings Through the App 
 
Do I need to set up a separate account to make class and court bookings? 
The tiles on the bookings section of the app will take you through to our existing booking system Scuba. Please log in with your usual account credentials and make your bookings as normal. If you do not currently have an online bookings account please register HERE.
