Parking at Cripps
Limited free parking is available beneath Cripps Recreation Centre accessed from the Bedford Road. This car park is operated by Parking Eye and members must input their vehicle registration details into the keypad in the central hub each time they visit the centre to avoid a £100 parking charge.
Members can also park in any of the Northampton General Hospital car parks for 60p per visit. Payment must be made at the payment machine inside Cripps Recreation Centre upon exit to benefit from this reduced parking price. Full price will be charged should you use any other payment machine in the hospital grounds. Please note the car park directly in front of Cripps Recreation Centre (Area J) is available to Trilogy Active members after 3pm Monday-Friday and all day at weekends.

Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 5pm
6 & 27 May: 8am-1pm
Member Swimming Times
Please note the swimming pool is open to members aged 16+. You must be able to swim 50m to use the pool at Cripps Recreation Centre. Cripps is not available to anyone with health conditions that may affect their safety in the water.
Member swims do not need to be booked in advance and member swim times are:
Monday: 6.30am - 8pm
(shared with swimming lessons 12.30-1.30pm)
Tuesday: 6.30am - 8pm
(shared with swimming lessons 12.30-1.30pm & 4pm-6pm)
Wednesday: 6.30am - 8pm
(shared with swimming lessons 4pm-7pm)
Thursday: 6.30am - 7pm
(shared with swimming lessons 10.30am-1.30pm)
Friday: 6.30am - 7pm
(shared with swimming lessons 12.30-1.30pm)
Saturday: 8am - 4.30pm
(shared with swimming lessons 8.30am-12pm)
Sunday: 8am - 4.30pm
