Book Your Gym Activation
You're free to start using our gyms straight away but we'd recommend booking an activation with one of our fitness instructors first. They will be able to put together a programme for you to help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals as well as show you how to use the gym equipment.
Call 01604 838333 to book your activation at any of our 5 gyms in Northampton.
Please note Cripps Budget/Corporate/Student members can only book activations at Cripps Recreation Centre.
Register For Online Bookings
Trilogy members can book fitness classes, swim sessions and court hire 8 days in advance. Cinema screenings can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
You'll need to be registered with our booking system to book online.
Activities can also be booked via our customer service team over the phone between 10am-4pm by calling 01604 838333.
