If your fitness levels have taken a dive over the last few months or you're brand new to exercise, we’re here to help! Our brand new Reboot classes kick off in our outdoor space at Duston Sports Centre from 10 April and are designed specifically for those looking to start exercising or return to fitness.
Saturdays 9-9.30am - Duston Sports Centre
Join Zoe for a total body workout – short periods of work combined with short periods of rest designed to gradually build endurance and stamina.
Classes are free to members and £5 for non-members and can be booked online from 6 April. You will need to bring your own mat and water bottle. This class takes place outdoors whatever the weather therefore we recommend wearing layers/ appropriate clothing.
Sundays 9-9.30am - Duston Sports Centre
Join Tak for smart training incorporating strength and conditioning using dumbbells to build a strong and healthy body.
Classes are free to members and £5 for non-members and can be booked online from 6 April. You will need to bring your own mat and water bottle. Dumbbells will be provided for Return to Strength Fit. This class takes place outdoors whatever the weather therefore we recommend wearing layers/ appropriate clothing.

INSANITY - Saturdays 9.45am
Push your body to the max with high intensity training drills with short periods of rest. Features plyometric, cardio, strength, endurance and core exercises
SH1FT - Sundays 9.45am
Smart high intensity functional training for all fitness levels that uses dumbbells.
