We Need Your Help 24 June 2020
Like many of our members we were very disappointed to hear the Government announcement on the continued closure of our centres, our gyms and our swimming pools.
Please be assured we are working hard to ensure when we are able to open it will be in a measured and safer environment.
We know how important your physical and emotional health is. That’s why we’re working with other leisure operators across the UK to ask the Government to re-evaluate its approach in order that we can re-open as soon as we can.
Our centres, our gyms and our swimming pools are a fundamental part of keeping the Northampton community fit and healthy.
We are proud that as a not for profit business our facilities operate for the benefit of the whole community that we serve.
We are today writing to our local Member of Parliament and to the Prime Minister to ask that they re-evaluate their recent decision and move towards opening leisure centres, gyms and swimming pools as soon as possible.
We’d very much welcome your support as we do this.
Even a brief email to your MP or a supportive post on social media tagging us on Facebook , Twitter or Instagram will help raise this issue further.
You can download a template letter below, Members of Parliament for Northampton are:

We would also be grateful if you could sign the petition here
We are focused on continuing to provide health and fitness to our members and to the wider community that we serve.
While we appreciate the need to place the health of our members at the forefront of what we do, we now have in place measures to ensure that we can re-open in a safe way.
Thank you for your support at this important time.

Update - 10 June 2020
Over the coming weeks we'll be bringing you further information about what is happening at Trilogy. We continue to follow government guidance and we will reopen our centres when we are advised it is safe to do so. When we have a date confirmed we will communicate this via our website, social media and email.
Here are a few things to expect when we open our doors.
Revised Opening Times and Programmes
Our centres will reopen in a measured way in line with the latest Government advice. This means initially our centre opening times will be shorter. All gym sessions and fitness classes must be pre-booked online. Gym sessions will be booked in 1 hour slots so we can ensure everyone can workout in a safe, clean and socially distanced environment. Some of your favourite classes may not be on the timetable initially but we will be working hard to get back to a full timetable as soon as possible, we really do appreciate your patience. We will continue to offer some classes online and will be introducing additional online classes with some of your favourite instructors just for our members.
Increased Cleaning and Sanitising Practices
Our cleaning and sanitising practices have been increased and our procedures are in place to protect you and our colleagues. We are also introducing a 30 minute window between each gym session to allow equipment to be cleaned. We will continue to follow the very latest Government guidance and industry best practice. Our customers and colleagues health, safety and welfare is our upmost priority.
Social Distancing Measures Across Our Centres
We have introduced social distancing measures and one way systems across our centres. You will also see protective screens and visible signage to help you enjoy your visit with us in the safest possible way. New procedures will be in place and we will be asking you to follow the guidance given. Our colleagues will be here to help and support you and we will be following the very latest guidance.
Staying Fit Together In A Safe Environment
We are looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as the government advises it is safe to do so.
