Mounts Baths Stage 3
We're continuing to work with West Northamptonshire Council to reduce our carbon emissions. We're excited to share that the third phase of works starts at Mounts Baths on Tuesday 10 October and will be completed on Saturday 11 November.
What's Happening In Stage 3?
Mounts Baths Main Pool
New energy efficient LED lighting is being installed 16-20 October. The pool will remain open throughout and swimming lessons and evening 11+ fitness swims will continue as normal. The pool will be open during the daytime, but we will be reducing capacity during our daytime 11+ fitness swims and general swims whilst the work takes place.
Mounts Baths Health Suite
We're excited to share that a new heating unit is being installed in the Hot Rooms enabling them to reopen. In addition, the plunge pool will have a new filtration sytem installed meaning the current hose can be removed. The work is taking place 18 October - 15 November
The hot rooms will be operational with the installation of a new heat unit from Tuesday 14th November.
The plunge pool will have its own filtration system and reopen on Wednesday 15th November.
The Sauna & Steam Room will remain open during this time (however the plunge pool will be closed.)
