To keep our customers safe we’re following government guidance, all screenings must be booked in advance
Guidance / Admissions
If you are displaying any symptoms please stay at home and stay safe.
Wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitisers provided when entering and leaving the building
If you need to sneeze or cough please do so into a tissue and bin it after use.
Be respectful of social distancing and follow our clear floor markings and keep 2 metres apart from other people.
We have reduced the number of screening and seating capacity in line with Government guidance
Face covers should be worn whilst in the cinema lobby and auditorium (exception, young children under the age of 11 and those who qualify for and have obtained an Exemption Card (although customers are able to remove to consume food and drink)
We will be using a mix of mechanical and natural ventilation in line with government guidance to achieve fresh air levels
Noise levels will comply with government guidance
Lighting will be at a level to facilitate safe social distancing
Staff are fully trained on our new cleaning, sanitising and safety procedures to ensure they are delivered to the highest possible standards.
Sufficient staff equipped with PPE to protect themselves and you are available to support the new customer journey
We have changed the exit route from the cinema, in line with Government guidance
A vending machine will be available in the cinema lobby for refreshment, no cash, and contactless payment option only
Please ensure you use the bins provided at the end of the screening and avoid leaving waste in the aisles.

These can be collected from the general assistant at the beginning of the screening.
The Contact Centres opening times are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am to 2pm

Evening Screenings - Daily
Silver Screens - Every Tuesday morning at 10.30am and most Thursday mornings
Kids Screens - Daytime screenings throughout School Holidays and Saturdays & Sundays during term time
It is advised that customers should arrive early to avoid disappointment as the screenings can be busy and there is no allocated seating.
